BESTSELLER is excited to announce the addition of premium British fashion and homewares brand TOAST to the brand portfolio (pending French Connection shareholder approval).

Since its establishment over 20 years ago, TOAST has developed an impressive reputation for re-energising traditional textiles within women’s clothing and homeware. The company has 13 stores throughout the United Kingdom, while its products are also sold via wholesale and online channels.

TOAST will become part of BESTSELLER’s family of brands but will remain an independent unit with its existing employees that will continue to run the TOAST company.

BESTSELLER expects the partnership to be mutually beneficial and look forward to supporting TOAST in the current growth phase with experience and knowledge on a global scale.

Like BESTSELLER, TOAST is a family-founded company. Established in West Wales in 1997 by Jessica and Jamie Seaton, TOAST has grown from loungewear and nightwear to become a unique lifestyle brand.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed within four to six weeks.
