Key Account Sales Supporter

At VERO MODA we are looking for an administrative Key Account Supporter with a great drive to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with the coordination of one of our largest international key account customers in the German market.
You will become part of an ambitious sales department in growth, consisting of a large team at our headquarters in Aarhus in addition to our colleagues in the countries. You will join a team of energetic colleagues who work closely together across our markets. Aside from your colleagues in Sales, you will also collaborate closely with other departments, especially our buying department.
As Key Account Sales Supporter, your primary responsibility will be to service a large key account in the German market. Through close dialogue and daily feedback from the Regional and Country Sales Managers, you ensure that the different key accounts are supported in relation to order handling, follow-ups on the product flow, preparation of statistics, etc. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and homogenizing the processes related to this large key account. At all times, you ensure that the customer have a professional experience in their cooperation with VERO MODA.
More specifically, your work includes:
- Servicing a large key account in Germany
- Responsibility for planning and following up on the daily tasks in close cooperation with the key account
- Daily collaboration with our warehouse, logistics department, Regional and Country Sales Managers and Sales Representative
- Developing and following up on sales lists and order handling
- Booking products daily, ensuring correct product flow as well as delivery and key data
- Some travelling days is to be expected ( 10 – 15 days a year )
You are result-oriented, highly driven and possess the necessary skills to take over the responsibility for an area with great potential for growth. The role will challenge your ability to create structure and take responsibility, so it is important that you are action-oriented and not afraid to take initiative. You are service-oriented, base your decisions on good tradesmanship and know how to deliver results. You are able to maintain a good overview in a busy working day and have a positive and service-minded attitude, even when you are juggling multiple tasks at a time. You have an eye for new opportunities and can contribute to the development of this key account. You will have a close network, both with your key account as well as internally in the organisation, so it is important that you are good at establishing and developing relations.
- Experience from a position as Key Account Sales Supporter, sales backup or similar
- Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and structured
- Strong coordination skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English – German is an advantage
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
