You will be joining a close-knit team of eight colleagues, working with the Scrum based delivery method. In our team, we take the expression “freedom with responsibility” seriously, and you will get the flexibility to explore new ways of working and try out new technologies. We are characterized by close collaboration, honesty and a high degree of professionalism, wrapped up in an informal environment.
As an IT Specialist, you will participate in maintaining and supporting our existing system and application portfolio.
We embrace cloud technologies and manage approximately 7000 Windows clients in a global setup. In round numbers, we have 500 MAC users, 1400 Citrix users, 3000 mobile devices and 160 printers.
You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and will also be in frequent contact with users, which are at the center at our daily work.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the Client Management area or you are newly graduated as an infrastructure data technician or similar.
- You have an understanding of working in an enterprise environment.
- You have experience with SCCM/Intune co-management, Endpoint Security, Mac, print, citrix and meeting room technology.
- Knowledge about Microsoft Cloud platform and PowerShell scripting is considered an advantage.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
