Location: Brande, Denmark
Are you naturally curious, and would you like to have an impact on how we modernize our existing ERP system to a new tech stack?
Then the IT Global Logistics Solutions team in BESTSELLER is just the place for you!
We are on a journey towards modernising our existing ERP system to a new tech stack, and if you can say “check!” to the four below, it’s definitely worth your while to read on:
- You know ReactJS and you have seen the light in Typescript.
- You are passionate about making crisp and user-friendly UI.
- You want to join a fast-paced agile team.
- You fancy the idea of CI/CD.
What you will be doing
You will join our cross-functional Scrum team, consisting of highly skilled and professional colleagues. In the Global Logistics team, we are responsible for all parts within our supply chain system landscape, and your primary responsibility will be to develop great frontend experiences within these areas.
We aim to port our current ERP system that serves +250 users daily to a modern tech stack (Typescript, ReactJS, Kubernetes to name a few), while still supporting the current system until the porting is done. You will have a key role in this process. In addition, we have a full-stack approach, so it would be an advantage, if you also have an interest in backend development.
In our team , we like to be social and have fun at work. We will ensure that you are thoroughly onboarded to the team, and you can expect a steep development curve with a world of opportunities within our large IT organisation.
What you bring to the job
We are looking for a colleague, who is genuinely excited by the opportunity to join a great team in an ambitious organisation and influence the future of an international business. In addition, you have 3-5 years of experience within frontend development combined with knowledge of agile frameworks. You deliver clean code of high quality and thrive in an environment that rests on the principle of ‘you build it, you own it’.
- You are familiar with UX and appreciate great user experience.
- You are skilled in ReactJS.
- You are object-oriented and organise your code in a logical structure to ensure optimal conditions for maintenance and reusability.
- If you’ve also dabbled with Java/Springboot, microservices architecture, BFF, BitBucket, CircleCI, YAML or NodeJS, you’ll really get us going - but it’s not a requirement.
