Country Sales Responsible, Austria and Switzerland

We are looking for a structured Country Sales Responsible with great German and coordination skills to support our sales team in Austria and Switzerland.
As Country Sales Responsible, your primary task will be to ensure continuous sales growth on both markets, in collaboration with our sales team. You will serve as a sparring partner to our markets, and will be in continuous dialogue with our sales teams and country managers. In addition, you will carry out independent product and sales related tasks as well as various administrative tasks across the department.
- Developing product packages
- Participating in and conducting collection meetings in the countries and in Denmark
- Sparring with our sales responsible in the markets
- Weekly follow-up with sales teams
- Creating and following up on budgets
- Order management and follow-up on order and stock situation
- Initiating and implementing sales initiatives
- Creating statistics and reports in Excel and continuously following up on these
- Different administrative tasks.
It is key that you are a self-going and structured do’er, who is proactive and at the forefront, while always staying on top of the situation in a dynamic environment. You are sales oriented and based on your solid communication and collaboration skills as well as your outgoing and positive nature, you effectively establish and develop relations. As your tasks both involve sales, data analysis and product coordination, it is further key that you are skilled at analysing budgets and sales numbers and can drive optimisation through new sales initiatives. It is a given to you to take responsibility to achieve the best results in collaboration with your team. Finally, you have a strong interest in the fashion industry and are always updated on the latest trends and tendencies.
- Experience from a similar position
- Preferably knowledge from the texile industry
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written – preferably also Danish
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially POWER BI and Excel including pivot tables
- Solid numeracy.
