Sustainability in BESTSELLER
In autumn 2013, BESTSELLER adopted a new strategy called ‘20 by 20’ which will guide our sustainability work towards the year 2020.
The aim is that our sustainability work will bring us among the best in the industry. We want to make it easier for our customers to choose products manufactured with less impact on the environment, and we want our colleagues throughout the whole company to take part in the sustainability work. Our aim is, to an even higher degree, to integrate sustainability into the way we run our business and hereby prove how sustainability contributes to the business.
For our Supply Chain Management and within each of our four focus areas, Workers, Communities, Products and Environment & Chemicals, we have formulated four broad goals which will be indicators for our sustainability work:
