NEW HEAD OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS

We are proud to welcome Dorthe Scherling Nielsen as the new Head of Corporate Affairs at BESTSELLER. Dorthe joins BESTSELLER from NIKE Inc. and will take on the overall responsibility for sustainability, communication and legal compliance.

Dorthe will be heading up the newly established Corporate Affairs function consisting of sustainability, legal compliance and communications. Dorthe comments, “I look forward to leveraging the synergies of the three teams and together create a strong Corporate Affairs function that serves BESTSELLER and engages external stakeholders on sustainability challenges and opportunities.”

Prior to joining BESTSELLER, Dorthe held a position as Director of Global Sustainability Policy with NIKE, Inc. and served in leadership capacities in industry associations. She has several years of international experience focusing on sustainability and communications.

BESTSELLER Communication Manager Jesper Stubkier says, “Dorthe brings vast international experience in designing and deploying sustainability and corporate affairs strategies, and we are confident she will be a strong asset to our company.”

Dorthe will be relocating from the U.S. to Denmark to take on her new responsibilities at BESTSELLER.
